  • Fewer than 25% of deliverables completed.
  • Valid reason (non-delivery, breach).

3. Process

  2. We’ll acknowledge within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds processed in 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundables

Completed audits, executed ad spend, and approved custom modules.
